Friday Recipe: Dark Chocolate Bread Pudding

These are a super easy yet indulgent dessert that I made for Valentine’s Day. This literally took maybe 15 minutes to put together and then 35 minutes to bake but looks like it took much more effort!

Dark Chocolate Bread Pudding (Adapted from Gina’s Skinny Recipes, one of my favorite recipe websites)

½ loaf of bread torn into pieces (I used Challah but would probably just use regular old white bread next time)

1 cup milk

4 tbsp sugar

3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (I used Godiva)

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 eggs

½ bar sweetened baking chocolate (I used Godiva)

Whipped Cream

Preheat oven to 350. Mix together all ingredients (except whipped cream.) Spray four ramekins with cooking spray. Pour mixture into ramekins and bake for 35 minutes. Let cool slightly. Top with whipped cream. Enjoy!
