It’s National Pina Colada day apparently, so let’s unwind with a “skinny” pina colada recipe (and keep in mind, despite the label of “skinny”, there was still no nutritional information provided.)
1 cup ice cubes
4 tablespoons coconut rum
4 tablespoons pineapple juice
2 tablespoons fat-free half-and-half
Blend, garnish with pineapple, and serve.
