In case you missed it, Tuesday was National French Toast Day. And in case you didn’t know, my all time favorite breakfast food is french toast. So, in belated honor of National French Toast Day and as a nod to the holiday season, I made Egg Nog french toast today. It was so delicious that I had three pieces instead of my usual two. This recipe makes 3 servings.
Egg Nog French Toast
Bread (I used white since it’s the fluffiest… I’ve found wheat bread makes kind of grainy french toast)
3/4 cup Egg Nog
2 Tsp. Sugar
2 Tsp. Cinnamon
1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
Mix ingredients together and cook on a skillet over medium-high. Serve with maple syrup. Enjoy!
