Snow and Purses

First things first, it finally snowed today in Washington! It’s all gone now since it started raining around 1 PM, but it was a winter (spring?) wonderland when I woke up this morning.

Now, on to more important topics, like the fact I desperately need a new purse. My trusty Longchamp now has holes in every corner. Holes that have gotten so big that I’m now losing pens, eyeliner, etc. I have enough little fun purses, but I really need a professional looking bag that can carry everything I need on a daily basis. I’ve decided cobalt blue is the perfect color since it goes with black, brown, tan, navy, pink… basically any color under the sun. Plus, it’ll transistion well from season to season. So, the question is do I save or splurge? (Let’s be honest, I work in non-profit and I can’t afford the splurge, so I’ll be saving.)

Also, I’ve seen this dress all over the Instagram and Blog world the past couple days and I’m so tempted to order it. It’s an adorable pink eyelet dress (also comes in white, orange, navy, black, green, yellow) from Old Navy of all places. Do any readers happen to have it already? Is it worth ordering for $25? Let me know!

Love them all, but you can't beat Kate Spade. Also, if you take your Longchamp to Nordstrom, they'll fix the holes for you for free even if you didn't buy it there – love them!

I had NO idea that Nordstom did that! I'll have to look into it!
