I’ve officially found my go to dish for every potluck this fall. A friend of mine made this fluffy pumpkin dip recently and when I had to make a “delicious” snack for a Junior League meeting in a pinch, I texted her for the recipe. Sure enough, it took less than five minutes and is so amazing and addictive. I chose to serve it with mini vanilla wafers but the possibilities are really endless… graham crackers, apple slices…

Fluffy Pumpkin Dip
1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling!)
1 (1.34 oz.) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (16 oz.) container of cool whip
Season with cinnamon, nutmeg, and pumpkin pie seasoning to taste
Mix together pumpkin, pudding mix, and spices. Carefully fold in cool whip. Serve chilled.
Warning: This makes A LOT of dip! But, you won’t be complaining.
