Fall Fragrances

Each season I switch up my fragrances just a bit. Spring and summer bring light florals and refreshingly delicious everyday scents, while fall and winter bring heavier, richer fragrances that pair perfectly with chunky sweaters or glamorous holiday dresses.

Four of my absolute favorites are below. While roses may remind many of spring, I love the contrast of roses with winter weather. To me, it’s a denser floral that is perfect for snowy days, and Roses de Chloe is a new classic rose perfume. I didn’t want to like Alien because the packaging isn’t feminine and the name is terrible, but when I got a sample in a Sephora order, it quickly became one of my favorites. It’s a soft, but rich, scent that has both vanilla and floral in its notes. I first tried Vanilla Insensee in a Birchbox last month and I could use it every day, every occasion. It has amazing staying power and isn’t overly sweet. Tocca Margaux takes a gardenia scent and somehow creates a deep, warm fragrance that I use on most nights out in the winter.
