The Taste of Fall: Pumpkin Challah Bread Pudding

I may not be much of a baker, but I hit a home run with this Pumpkin Challah Bread Pudding recipe. Should I have made it just over a month before my wedding? Probably not. But, everyone knows going carb-free isn’t really sustainable for longer than a few weeks, right?!
