Serving Up A Grapefruit Sparkling Cocktail with Sparkling Ice

Can y’all believe it’s almost Thanksgiving?! It seems like Halloween just passed us by, we’re almost through football season, and the holidays will be here before you know it. So, of course, it’s time to start thinking about plans for entertaining this season. Whether you plan on hosting a big shin-dig, you’re having a group of girls over for a gift exchange, or just gathering with a couple friends for a cozy evening in, there’s a good chance you’re doing some sort of entertaining over the holidays.

EASY ENTERTAINING AT THE HOLIDAYS

My number one tip for holiday entertaining is to make it easy. A multi-step cocktail is wonderful, but who has time for that when they’d rather spend time with their guests? That’s where Sparkling Ice comes in to save the day. It’s a zero sugar, naturally flavored sparkling drink that’s perfect for mixing with your liquor of choice – and for this particular recipe, I jazzed it up with a few extra ingredients to give it a special holiday touch.

GRAPEFRUIT SPARKLING COCKTAIL

2 oz. vodka

2 oz. pink grapefruit Sparkling Ice

1 oz. St. Germain elderflower liqueur

Splash of lemon juice

Fill shaker with ice, shake, and strain into a glass with ice. If you’re feeling festive, garnish with a grapefruit slice or perhaps even a sprig of rosemary for an herbal touch.
