What I’ve Been Writing Lately on the Internet, Volume VII

One of my goals for 2021 is to get published — in print. And, while that hasn’t happened yet, this year has seen things finally start to click with my writing after years of hustling and pitching. Late nights and early mornings before my workdays are finally paying off.

I’ve been so lucky to start writing for a few dream websites and I cannot even begin to tell you how good it feels. So much of my freelance work is behind-the-scenes — I work on copywriting for websites and e-commerce emails, work I genuinely enjoy, but there’s something special about sharing a story over several paragraphs as opposed to carefully selecting a few choice words to make an impact. And having my name on it. That’s the game changer.

What I’ve Been Writing Lately

So, without further ado, here are a few of my recent articles from around the internet, on websites from MyDomaine to StyleBlueprint to Apartment Therapy and The Everygirl.

BTW, this photo right here represents the vibe I’m trying to cultivate in 2021. Cool, casual, and surrounded at home by my gallery wall and a cup of coffee. The reality is not always so effortless.
