Before I get into the Frank & Eileen Everyday Jeans review, I need to share a quick story. I’ve posted my Frank & Eileen pieces on Instagram more than a few times and, each time, I receive a handful of messages from others who are on the F&E train. The story is always the same — it’s expensive, but there’s just something about it. You can tell it’s so incredible well made and wears beautifully.

About Frank & Eileen
Frank & Eileen is a woman-owned, California-based, woman-owned business that focuses on sustainable and ethical classic, casual pieces. Inspired by founder Audrey’s fond memories of her grandparents in Ireland, they consider themselves part of the slow fashion movement, sourcing high quality fabrics and keeping all parts of the fabrication process local. They are also B corp certified.
They carry everything from their iconic button-ups to flattering button-up dresses to the softest denim and twill pants to jumpsuits, sweatshirts, and skirts made from triple fleece. These are comfortable, classic pieces that you can wear relaxing at home and out and about. And, while I would say my style is certainly more East Coast than West, these pieces are definitely relevant to my lifestyle.

Frank & Eileen Everyday Jeans Review
First, let’s do some jeans level setting. I like to consider myself a jeans minimalist. I have a pair of Madewell medium blue jeans, black H&M jeans, dark blue H&M jeans (for when I need something a bit dressier), and white J.Crew jeans. With those four pairs, I can get through pretty much anything. Also, I’m not a big H&M fan, but their ultra high jeans fit me perfectly.
But I’d been in the market for a weekend pair — something casual, straight leg, with a slight 90s vibe. A lighter wash, the kind you can imagine wearing around the house while hosting friends for Saturday afternoon chili and football. You know the vibe I’m talking about?
Well, the Frank & Eileen Everyday Jeans might fit the bill. They are a medium wash with a high waist and button fly. They have a casual, not too tight, effortless vibe. Something that feels like it could have been in your closet forever.
How do they fit?
I noticed some of the reviews complained they were too tight, but I took my normal size 27. If I went up, they’d look sloppy, in my opinion.
What is the fabric?
The Frank & Eileen Everyday Jeans aren’t as stretchy as my usual go-to jeans, the Madewell Danny Jeans. They’re 96% Cotton, 3% Polyester, 1% Elastane, so they’re a more classic jean with slight stretch.
How do they wear?
Given the fabric makeup, I expected them to stretch out, but they haven’t stretched out substantially any time I’ve worn them, and I definitely do not wash hem but every few wears. I’m not always sold on a button fly since I’m a pear shape, which isn’t great with a button fly, but this one lays nicely.
How should you wear the Frank & Eileen Everyday Jeans?
I love these jeans tucked into a boots. It’s a very Princess Diana vibe (exhibit A, exhibit B). They also look great with flats, loafers, or a even a sneaker. I prefer a shirt tucked in to show off the high waist.
Final verdict on the Frank & Eileen Everyday Jeans review: I’d definitely recommend these if you’re looking for a casual premium denim. My main complaint is actually with the style — I don’t love a raw hem, but I ended up wearing these tucked into boots most of the time, and they look great.
