Winter Spice Coffee Syrup
A warm, slightly sweet syrup for a wintery latte.
  1. This is a basic simple syrup recipe with a 1:1 ratio — but with a few additions. Put all ingredients in a small saucepan.
  2. Heat over medium-high heat until it begins to boil and brown sugar has dissolved.
  3. Let simmer for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Let cool. Pour into a glass container to store up to 1 week.
  5. Use 1-2 teaspoons or to taste in a latte. Enjoy!
