Back in the fall I made a Bucket List to make sure that I didn’t let the season pass me by. As they say, the days are long, but the years are short. That rings truer and truer with each passing year. While I didn’t check every item off my list (I fell terribly short in any item that involved cooking… yet I feel like I cooked a lot this fall!), I still made a decent showing. I went apple picking, tailgated down in Charlottesville, and wore a lot of plaid.
Now somehow it’s December 1 and I already feel anxious about making sure I make the most of the next 31 days. So, without further ado, here’s my December Bucket List.
What’s on your list of must do’s this holiday season? Anything I’m missing that I should absolutely put on my agenda? Does anyone have any fabulous events celebrating the holidays that are coming up in the District that I should know about?
I've been meaning to make it to the Sculpture Garden to go ice skating for years! Definitely going to cross it off of my list this year. Zoo Lights is another fun Christmas activity. I plan to pack mulled wine in mugs and go with some of my girlfriends 🙂
Oh I totally forgot about Zoo Lights!! That's such a fun way to spend a low key night and I LOVE the mulled wine in mugs idea…
