My mom made me beaucoup des sundresses when I was little, and while I can’t recall whether any tied at the shoulders, this dress certainly reminds me of one of those mom made looks. Perhaps it’s the cotton fabric, or the print, or perhaps a combination of the two. Whatever it is that’s reminiscent of the late 80’s – early 90’s, I’m digging it. Plus, it’s 40% off right now!

The morning I took these photos was a bit more than pleasantly warm and crazy windy. It could have been a disaster, but this dress totally works with the windblown look, right? This gorgeous mural made the perfect backdrop…and I not so secretly love the throwback astroturf I’m standing on. Shaw’s just outdoing itself with bright art around every corner.
