Charlottesville Fall Weekend

I headed down to Charlottesville this past weekend for the perfect UVA Homecomings. Sunny, crisp weather, good friends, a yummy tailgate spread, and a UVA win in triple overtime (which I watched from the comfort of the Virginian… just like college). Doesn’t get any better.

There’s truly no city that does fall better than Charlottesville, so I’m pumped to have one more game day in my calendar next month. Here’s hoping for a repeat of this gorgeous weather, equally strong bourbon drinks, and maybe even another Hoos win (JK. I’m not that delusional about the abilities of Virginia football).

Pictured above: leisurely waiting on brunch at the Nook; joining the rest of Charlottesville and Albemarle County to find that cider donuts were sold out at Carter Mountain Orchard; taking advantage of the chalk graffiti backdrop that is the Freedom of Speech wall on the Downtown Mall

Also, outfit details: Vest {last year, but similar checked vests here and here}; Jacket; Chambray Shirt; Toothpick Jeans; Earrings; Bracelet; Sunglasses
