Sarah Flint Rosie Review + $50 Off Sarah Flint Promo Code

Before we get into this Sarah Flint Rosie review, here’s a Sarah Flint promo code to save $50 on your first pair of full-price shoes: SARAHFLINT-BAHEATHERB. You can find my previous Sarah Flint review of the Perfect Block Sandals here.

I’m so excited to share my second pair of Sarah Flint shoes that have proudly earned a place in my closet. I am firmly in the camp that you can never have have enough leopard print shoes and these Rosie calf hair loafers are sure to be a staple in my fall and winter wardrobe.

About the Sarah Flint Aesthetic

First, I want to give myself a pat on the back for basically nailing the Sarah Flint aesthetic here. The brand is timeless, grandmillennial, and British-leaning. Did I mean to go so literal in the outfit I posted here? Absolutely not. I actually didn’t even intend to take these photos, but when I saw this backdrop while in the Hudson Valley, I knew I had to spring for it.

If you visit one of the Sarah Flint pop-ups, you’ll see this classic aesthetic in action. The Georgetown store is absolutely stunning (there’s floor-to-ceiling William Morris wallpaper and fabric that’s so swoonworthy), and, pssst, if you go in-person, you can still use my code to snag $50 off your shoes: SARAHFLINT-BAHEATHERB

Sarah Flint Rosie Review

I chose the Rosie as my second pair of Sarah Flint shoes because I wanted a classic semi-flat that I could wear casually or dress up. I wanted something that I could wear with a pair of jeans all fall, then transition to tights and skirt as the weather cools. With the almond shaped toe and slight heel, these could read as a pump — they won’t look dowdy at all with a dress. Yet, the loafer style keeps them feeling effortless.

The official description of these shoes says: 30mm (1inch) flat, almond toe, slip-on heeled loafer, handcrafted in Italy, leopard print dyed hair calf upper, leather lining and insole, leather outsole

How do they fit?

I wear between a 7 and a 7.5 and I opted for a (37.5) 7.5. They fit like a glove. The description does recommend sizing a half-size down, but I chose not to do that.

Are they comfortable?

The Rosie has 3mm of padding in the shoe, which means it wears just as comfortably as a flat (I mean, a 1 inch heel is basically perfect — it might be even better than a truly flat shoe). This particular shoe will stretch a bit with wear, but I had minimal break in. I spent 12 hours touring the Hudson Valley the second day I wore them and didn’t have a single blister.

How do they wear?

Great! The calf hair feels and looks super durable.

What can you wear them with?

The Sarah Flint Rosie is a super versatile three-season shoe. I plan on wearing these from fall through early spring. Here, I wore them with a pair of black jeans, my trusty Grayson button down, and a J. Crew sweater blazer. I’d wear them with regular jeans and a t-shirt, a black turtleneck and leather leggings, black tights and a sweater dress.

Would I recommend the Sarah Flint Perfect Block Sandal?

100%. These are beautifully made calf hair loafers that look sophisticated and chic. I feel instantly pulled together as soon as I put them on. I admittedly have more than a few pairs of leopard shoes and these have quickly moved to the top of the list.

And, if my Sarah Flint Rosie review has you convinced, don’t forget, you can save $50 with my promo code: SARAHFLINT-BAHEATHERB

Adore this entire look (and this background!)! Classic and timeless. Thank you, as well, for this very detailed review. I always know I can count on you for in-depth reviews of items, as opposed to just “OMG I love it, you must buy it!” I’ve seen Sarah Flint’s shoes all over the place, and definitely plan on investing when I have a chance to try them on in person. Wish I was in DC for the popup 🙂
